Tuition and Fee Policy​

Great News!  We will not be raising tuition for the 2019-2020 season.  We will however, be moving from a 10 month to a bi-monthly billing cycle.  Annual tuition will remain the same but will be charged every other month.  Tuition will be due on September 1, November 1, January 1, March 1, and May 1, 2020.  This is based on the overwhelming response from our survey as well as an effort to keep costs down by eliminating some of the credit card processing fees.  Parents must submit a request to stop payment 2 weeks prior to billing if they would like to stop classes. No exceptions can be made to this policy.  The final day to drop for the season without penalty is April 15, 2019. Accounts that are not paid in full by May 1, 2020 may not participate in recital.  Please note that we will not pro-rate partial billing cycles.

 

 Registration Fee​

A $50.00 registration fee will be charged per family.  This fee covers the cost of insurance, music licensing, and communication materials.​
